I've watched people get taken advantage of because they didn't know enough about technology to push back.
Courses that weren't what they promised. Services that cost more than they should have. People who walked away more confused than when they started. This happens in many professions.
I grew up bridging a technology gap — always the person explaining, translating, making it accessible. That shaped how I work.
The goal isn't the sale. It's that you leave better than you arrived — less overwhelmed, clearer on what to do next, with technology that actually reduces your mental load instead of adding to it.

How I Got Here
I grew up with technology. It's always felt natural — figuring things out, seeing how everything connects.
My dad recognized that early. One summer he had me learn a CRM system and teach it to his salespeople. That was high school.
Since then I've spent years on and off volunteering with small businesses — setting up websites, walking owners through technology, helping people who just needed someone to show them where to look and what to do next.
A few years ago I was hired by someone who bought an online coaching course but couldn't get the tech working for his business. That client is still who I build for.

Been building with AI tools daily for over a year — not studying them, using them.
I work across websites, automations, social media, CRMs, and business systems.

Where My Skill Base Comes From
No degree.
No cybersecurity certification — yet. Working toward my CompTIA+.
Working toward my AI certification.
Everything I know came from years of self-teaching, research, and daily practice with real tools on real problems.
How I Think About Marketing
Most people sense when something isn't being said. They find out after paying for it.
I don't work that way.
Clear marketing means answering the real questions — what is this, who is it for, why does it matter — in plain language, in the right order. Big picture first. Details second. Always.
No hype. No fear tactics. No agitation. No naming things to sound special.
Grounded, clear marketing that makes people relax and trust you.
